Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands in Jasper, TN is hiring for a Warehouse Associate on 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 3pm-11pm). Walk-In Interviews every Tuesday and Wednesday 6AM - 8AM CDT at 1274 Industrial Blvd.

Base pay is $17.25 per hour plus $0.85 per hour shift differential, and benefits start day 1. Responsibilities include crating, pulling product, unloading trucks, loading cartons for shipment, repairing damaged cartons, and keeping racks organized.

Qualifications

• No experience necessary; mechanical aptitude helpful.
• Basic knowledge of shipping process helpful.
• Must be able to lift up to 86 pounds repeatedly.
• Detail oriented with good communication and team interaction.

Responsibilities

• Assist with crating, pulling product, and unloading trucks.
• Load loose cartons into trucks and prepare crates for shipment.
• Repair or reseal damaged cartons and rebox products as needed.
• Maintain storage racks and perform daily safety checks on equipment.
• Attend staff meetings and participate in plant safety programs.
