Job summary

Pentair is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator 2nd shift in Sanford, NC. You will manage daily production support activities, print orders, resolve system issues, and help train the team while driving process improvements.

You will partner with IT and SAP to address pre-shipper problems, communicate operational updates, and ensure adherence to company policies and safety requirements. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
• Experience in shipping and logistics is preferred.
• Experience with SAP and MS Office is beneficial.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Print all department orders and ensure accurate documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve pre-shipper printing issues with IT.
• Collaborate with SAP for pre-shipper problems and status updates.
• Assist in training and development of team members.
• Develop and improve processes and procedures for the team.
• Monitor and report daily performance metrics and deliver updates.
