Job summary

Piggly Wiggly Midwest LLC is seeking a Warehouse Clerk to provide administrative support to the transportation team and handle distribution reporting, shipping/receiving documentation, and fulfillment.

The role requires ability to work the 2nd shift (Sun, Mon, Thu, Fri 1pm-11:30pm) and to manage data entry, route release, and customer service tasks in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Pallet Jack experience preferred.
• Experience in grocery selection is a plus.
• Willingness to work the overnight shift and overtime is required.

Responsibilities

• Release routes, print selection labels and organize by departure and commodity type.
• Take store phone calls/orders and assist with add-ons, memos and outs.
• Data Entry.
• Monitor system information and notify supervisors of adjustments.
• Customer service.
• Prepare store mail for delivery.
• Create invoices, attach orders to routes, release and print labels.
• Audit inbound receiving, print labels, reconcile shortages/damages and close POs.
• Assist with special projects as needed.
• Travel not required.
