Job summary

Moran Logistics, Inc. is seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate/Scanner for 2nd shift (Mon-Fri) in central Pennsylvania. You will manage inventory, scan shipments, and support warehouse operations to ensure timely order fulfillment and safe handling of goods.

Responsibilities include operating barcode scanners, selecting and packing orders, maintaining inventory accuracy with WMS, and following PPE protocols. Competitive hourly pay with comprehensive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience or familiarity with warehouse operations is preferred.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory management systems is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail for barcode scanning, order picking, packing, and quality control tasks.
• Basic math skills for counting items, measuring quantities, and verifying shipments.

Responsibilities

• Operate barcode scanners and RF devices to track inventory and process shipments with precision.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and quality control.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS and perform regular counts.
• Follow safety protocols including PPE use and manual handling techniques during heavy lifting or materials handling tasks.
• Assist with shipping and receiving processes, including verifying shipments against documentation.
• Support warehouse distribution activities organizing materials, and ensuring a clean, safe work environment.
