Pella Windows & Doors of the Carolinas and Southwest Virginia seeks a Warehouse-2nd Shift Associate in High Point, NC. The role covers receiving, shipping, inventory integrity, and safety. Must work well in a team and be able to lift 100+ lbs.

Candidates should have warehouse experience and familiarity with handling large, fragile windows and doors; forklift certification is preferred. This full-time, on-site role offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience with windows/doors or building materials is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Receive and ship materials in a timely, accurate manner.
• Maintain inventory integrity and proper stock locations.
• Adhere to safety policies; keep the workspace clean and hazard-free.
• Inspect inbound/outbound products and report damage or nonconforming items.
• Operate forklifts and cherry pickers to move products and stage them correctly.
• Use warehouse scanners to track inventory and ensure stock accuracy.
• Identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, and productivity.
