Job summary

Danfoss is hiring for a 2nd Shift Production Associate in our Loves Park, IL facility. You will support daily warehouse operations, unload trucks, receive materials, and move components to production areas, while maintaining safety and organization.

You will operate material handling equipment after training, monitor inventory, and collaborate with the team to meet quality and productivity goals. This is a hands-on role with growth opportunities and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and minimum 18 years old.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Willingness to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Foundational warehouse or production experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks, receive materials, pick parts, and deliver components to production.
• Operate forklifts, tuggers, and hand trucks after training and certification.
• Scan materials, monitor inventory, refill Kanban bins, report shortages.
• Meet quality and productivity goals while following safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with team and rotate across workstations to support production.
