Job summary

Winland Foods, Inc. is seeking an Entry Warehouse Team Member for 2nd shift in Buckner, KY. The role involves operating forklifts, managing inventory and stock rotation, and supporting packaging operations to keep production moving safely and efficiently.

You will follow GMP, HACCP, SQF, and FSMA standards, and may train teammates while contributing to continuous improvement projects. Requires 18+ and willingness to work overtime.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Forklift certification and SAP experience a plus.
• Experience operating forklifts, box trucks, and SAP inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, wrapping machines and related equipment.
• Move materials and ensure FIFO rotation; stage materials to prevent downtime.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain accurate records.
• Contribute to 5S, safety, and quality initiatives across the site.
