Job summary

Menards is hiring for General Warehouse Team Members in Wisconsin. The role covers loading, unloading, sorting, staging and transporting products in the Distribution Center.

2nd shift runs roughly 3–4 pm to 11 pm (or 12 am) with a shift differential, and both full-time and part-time roles are available. Responsibilities include operating a forklift, following safety policies, and collaborating with team members to ensure accurate loading and timely task completion.

Qualifications

• Must be able to load, unload, sort, stage and transport products in a distribution center.
• Must operate forklift or similar equipment safely.
• Follow Menards safety policies and work with minimal supervision.
• Lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities
