Job summary

Menards in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin is hiring General Warehouse Team Members for 2nd shift (approximately 3-4 pm until 11 pm-12 am) with shift differential. Duties include loading, unloading, sorting, staging and transporting products in the Distribution Center.

The role offers base pay plus $3/hr for 2nd shift and benefits such as Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, PTO, Employee Discount, and Profit Sharing. 18+ years old and warehouse experience preferred but not required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow Menards safety policies and procedures.
• Safely operate forklift or other machinery.
• Work cooperatively and productively with other Team Members under little supervision.
• Load trucks according to cubic weight, size and characteristics.
• Provide service with attention to detail and timely task completion.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and accurate inventory records.
• Perform safety checks on powered industrial vehicle before operation.
• Locate product in warehouse using manifest or scanning system.
• Use hand-held scanning equipment to update inventory.
• Transport product using powered industrial vehicle.
