Building Products Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate for the 2nd shift to drive efficient order picking, loading, and inventory accuracy. You will operate a forklift, use scanners, and ensure safe, on-time deliveries with attention to quality control.

Qualifications

• Must complete BPI's in-house forklift training and certification.
• Learn to use warehouse scanning systems for inventory tracking and shipment loading.
• Commit to PPE, forklift protocols, and other safety procedures.
• Maintain accuracy and steady pace in a fast-moving environment.
• Work in varying weather conditions year-round.
• Dependable, with Monday–Friday second shift.
• Collaborate with teammates and adapt to changing warehouse needs.

Responsibilities

• Pick products accurately for next-day deliveries and stage orders.
• Operate a forklift to load products and replenish stock.
• Load and secure products with banding or wrap to prevent damage.
• Use scanning systems to update inventory and shipments in real time.
• Assist with inventory checks and cycle counts.
• Complete daily forklift inspections and report safety concerns.
• Follow PPE requirements and forklift safety protocols.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and assist with upkeep.
• Replenish stock and support other warehouse functions as needed.
• Cross-train in different areas to support daily operations.
