Job summary
Lutron Electronics in Ashland, VA is hiring for a Warehouse Associate on 2nd shift. Starting pay is $21.00/hr with a 10% shift differential and a full benefits package.

Qualifications
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
- Must have a valid Driver’s License.
- Willingness to operate Powered Industrial Equipment (such as electric pallet riders, order pickers, and forklifts).
- Ability to work 2nd Shift (2:30 pm to 11:00 pm).
- Ability to regularly lift up to 35 lbs.
- Ability to move to surrounding workstations and to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions in English.
- Ability to work safely, wear PPE and follow safety procedures.
Responsibilities
- Perform distribution functions such as picking, packing, and shipping orders, receiving, put away and stock replenishment.
- Become certified to operate Powered Industrial Equipment (such as electric pallet riders, order pickers, and forklifts).
- Learn inventory management system and enter materials transactions.
- Work with supply chain and distribution teams to process customer orders.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
