Job summary

Cencora is seeking team-oriented warehouse associates to support our distribution operations in the US. The role involves order fulfillment, packing, shipping, and cycle counting, with a shift from 12:00pm to 8:30pm, Monday through Friday, and opportunities for overtime.

Starting pay is $19 per hour, with potential to earn up to $22 per hour through incentives, shift differentials, referrals, and performance rewards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year or less warehouse/distribution experience preferred.
• Ability to operate RF scanning equipment and follow safety guidelines.
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working in a climate-controlled facility.

• Perform daily cycle counting and research discrepancies.

Job Details

• In support of Cencora's distribution services in the US operating through our AmerisourceBergen business.

Shift Details

Monday - Friday, 12:00pm - 8:30pm (Until Finished)

Pay Details

Pay starting at $19.00/hr with potential for up to $22.00/hr based on a variety of earning opportunities including shift differentials, performance incentives, and referral bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Order fulfillment – stocking, restocking, picking and packing, and outbound shipping of customer orders.
• Perform daily cycle counting and researching discrepancies.
• Use equipment to track, monitor and verify products for distribution.
• Maintain a clean work area to keep pharmaceutical products and merchandise clean and help prevent work related injuries.
• Verify product received against receiving documents, notes and reports discrepancies and any obvious damages (dependent on shift assignment).

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Work Experience

• Warehouse or Distribution experience preferred (1 year or less)
• Able to work with RF scanning equipment.

Skills And Knowledge

• Able to work in climate-controlled facility.
• Ability to read and understand the English language
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting distribution standards.
• Motivated, hard-working and dependable; attendance and punctuality are very important.
• Able to work the shift hours listed above, plus overtime. (Overtime in most Distribution Centers is mandatory to enable real-time delivery)
• Able to perform repetitive and manual tasks on a consistent basis.

Physical Requirements

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively; products vary in weight and size
• Comfortable walking up to 8 miles per shift (steps vary by role and shift)
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
