Job summary

Cencora is hiring to support its distribution services in the United States. This role involves order fulfillment, cycle counting, and using RF scanners to track products in a climate-controlled warehouse environment.

We offer a $2,000 sign-on bonus and a day shift from Monday to Friday, 6am–4:30pm. Pay is up to $22.75 per hour, with base pay, shift differentials, incentives, and referrals forming the compensation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with RF scanners preferred.
• Ability to understand English and follow work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill orders by stocking, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Perform daily cycle counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Use equipment to track and verify distribution of products.
• Keep the workspace clean to ensure product safety and safety.
• Verify incoming products against documents and report damages.

Job Details

This role is in support of Cencora's distribution services in the US operating through our AmerisourceBergen business.

$2000 Sign‑On Bonus

Shift Details: Day Shift | Monday - Friday 6am - 4:30pm (EOS)

Pay Details: Up to $22.75/HR. Cencora offers a variety of earning opportunities from base pay rates, shift differentials, performance incentives, and referral bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Order fulfillment – stocking, restocking, picking and packing, and outbound shipping of customer orders.
• Perform daily cycle counting and researching discrepancies.
• Use equipment to track, monitor and verify products for distribution.
• Maintain a clean work area to keep pharmaceutical products and merchandise clean and help prevent work related injuries.
• Verify product received against receiving documents, notes and reports discrepancies and any obvious damages (dependent on shift assignment).

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Work Experience

• Warehouse or Distribution experience preferred (1 year or less)
• Able to work with RF scanning equipment

Skills And Knowledge

• Able to work in climate‑controlled facility.
• Ability to read and understand the English language
• Able to work in a fast‑paced environment while meeting distribution standards.
• Motivated, hard‑working and dependable; attendance and punctuality are very important.
• Able to work the shift hours listed above, plus overtime. (Overtime in most Distribution Centers is mandatory to enable real‑time delivery)
• Able to perform repetitive and manual tasks on a consistent basis.

Physical Requirements

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively; products vary in weight and size
• Comfortable walking up to 8 miles per shift (steps vary by role and shift)
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
