Job summary

Armada Staffing Group seeks a full-time 2nd shift Warehouse Associate for its Fort Wayne operation. You will create and shape boxes by hand or with machinery, handling cardboard, wood and plastic materials to meet specifications in a fast-paced production setting.

The role offers $15.00 per hour, weekly pay, and benefits including health, dental, vision, and life insurance. Candidates should be able to stand for long periods, perform physical labor, and pass a background check and drug test.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or production experience preferred
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical labor
• Must be able to work in an industrial environment
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials safely
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test

Responsibilities

• Create and shape boxes by hand or with machinery
• Work with cardboard, wood and plastic materials throughout production
• Accurately measure and cut materials to the required size and shape
• Assist with general warehouse and production tasks
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow workplace safety procedures and company guidelines
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor
