Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a vinyl window assembler for the 2nd shift in Streetsboro, OH. The role involves assembling windows on a production line, reading work orders, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

You will read orders, attach frames, install glass, and secure hardware using tools. Expect to work Monday-Thursday 5:00 PM–3:30 AM with possible overtime, and cross-train across lines to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Manual dexterity to handle small parts and perform repetitive tasks.
• Attention to detail to inspect windows for quality issues.
• Basic mechanical skills to use hand and power tools.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders.

Responsibilities

• Read work orders and assemble window components.
• Attach frame sections, install glass panes, and secure hardware with hand/power tools.
• Inspect windows for defects and ensure quality standards.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE.
• Meet daily production goals and timelines.
• Crosstrain across production lines and prepare finished products for shipment.
