Qualifications

• 1+ years in Production and/or Operations.
• Ability to work extended hours during peak seasons.
• Ability to operate machinery such as loaders, conveyors, tractors and track mobile.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers in a courteous and professional manner.
• Load and unload agricultural inputs from railcars and/or trucks using heavy or light duty machinery.
• Assist with recording and maintenance repairs of plant equipment as directed.
• Monitor and maintain quality of inventory (may include blended, bulk or packaged product).
• Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Follow all company policies, procedures and safety requirements.
• Conduct regular housekeeping duties and complete appropriate record keeping.
• Perform other duties as needed to ensure smooth facility operations and customer service.
