Job summary

Rotating Machinery Services, Inc. is seeking qualified Rotating Equipment Mechanics for 2nd shift to service turbomachinery components and assemblies.

The role covers disassembly, inspection, maintenance and repairs of steam turbines, compressors and other rotating equipment. Candidates should have 5–10 years of mechanic experience on pumps, gearboxes, blowers, turbines, and related components, with NCCER Millwright certification preferred.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of Mechanic experience on pumps, gearboxes, blowers, compressors and turbines.
• NCCER Millwright certification preferred
• High School Diploma / GED required.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, clean, inspect and document technical data for repairs.
• Maintain and repair rotating equipment per OEM specs.
• Complete service documentation and accurate records.
• Ensure safety policies and housekeeping standards are followed.
• Train junior mechanics when needed.
