Job summary

Studco Building Systems Pty Ltd is seeking a Truck Loader for the 2nd shift in New York. The role focuses on supporting and coordinating logistics to ensure orders are picked, loaded, and paperwork completed for on-time deliveries.

Responsibilities include using NetSuite for order fulfillment, leading the Dispatch team, and coordinating with Production to align workload. Forklift experience and strong organizational skills are required for this hands-on, fast-paced shift.

Qualifications

• Experience using NetSuite for order fulfillment and paperwork
• Ability to lead Dispatch activities and coordinate loading schedules
• Strong attention to accuracy in picking and documentation
• Experience supervising a small team on a second shift
• Forklift experience or certification is preferred
• Excellent scheduling and organizational skills required

Responsibilities

• Use NetSuite to print, verify and fulfill orders daily
• Lead the Dispatch team to ensure on-time load deliveries
• Meet with Production daily to discuss workload and schedule
• Review loads for delivery and take photos
• Verify picking accuracy and QA, sign off paperwork
• Maintain confidentiality of manufacturing and supplier/customer data
• Train new staff to uphold processes
• Provide feedback to Logistics Manager on team performance
• Promote safe working practices on the shift
