Job summary

Studco Building Systems is seeking a hard working and fast paced Forklift Operator to support either our 1st shift (7 AM - 3:30 PM) or 2nd shift (3:15 - 11:45 PM) team!

The Material Handler/Forklift Operator will be responsible for the following tasks, including moving packs, loading, staging for delivery, and maintaining warehouse organization. This role requires a split workload with significant forklift activity and time spent standing and moving around.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a sit-down propane forklift.
• Ability to load and stage packs for delivery.
• Maintain housekeeping and organization in warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down propane forklift.
• Band packs coming off machines.
• Load onto forklift and place in warehouse or staging for next day delivery.
• Retrieve finished packs from warehouse/yard.
• Stage packs for breakdown and loading.
• Identify packs for shipment and ensure quality parts.
• Put away finished packs in warehouse/yard.
• Maintain excellent housekeeping standards of warehouse, loading bay, breakdown area, cut-down area, forklifts and stock-yard.
