Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred with two years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• High School or better required; Bachelor’s in Human Services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of participants and provide ongoing support, guidance, and role modeling.
• Help participants improve personal responsibility, social skills, and community living skills; monitor behavior.
