NFI North, Inc. seeks Awake Overnight Direct Care Counselors for the Transitional Housing Program in Bradford, NH. This residential program provides clinical, vocational services and life skills for adults with mental illness pursuing independent living.

Responsibilities include supervising daily activities, offering ongoing support, guiding personal responsibility, social skills, and medication monitoring. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree or two years of related experience.

NFI North is seeking Awake Overnight Direct Care Counselors for our Transitional Housing Program in Bradford, NH. This program is a residential treatment and day program with a progressive reputation of providing comprehensive clinical, vocational services and life skills for adults living with mental illness that are seeking independent living. Many of our participants get apartments and go to college with the support of our amazing staff team.

Responsibilities: Supervise the daily activities of participants, providing ongoing support, guidance and role modeling. Facilitate participant improvement in the areas of personal responsibility, social skills, medication monitoring and administration, community living skills and behavior.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and/or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience with client population.
