Challenge Manufacturing is seeking a Tool & Die Specialist for our 2nd shift in Richmond, KY. You will study blueprints, select materials, set up machines, and repair dies to ensure parts meet specifications. Strong measuring and machining skills are essential for this hands-on role.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of tool and die experience, is proficient with Mastercam/SolidWorks, and can read and follow work instructions with a focus on quality and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Journeyman status or completed apprenticeship preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years of verifiable tool and die experience or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English to safely perform duties.

Responsibilities

• Study specifications and visualize parts to determine materials and machines.
• Set up and operate machine tools to make and repair dies.
• Verify dimensions and tolerances using inspection tools.
• Troubleshoot tooling issues to maintain quality parts.
