Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Die Setter or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with stamping presses or other die-based production systems.
• Ability to prepare and run complex bend setups and roll forming operations.

Responsibilities

• Set up and install dies in press machines according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and specifications.
• Inspect finished tools and dies for accuracy and quality.

Skills

Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics

Experience using various machines and tools

Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

Ability to lift and move heavy objects

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Completion of a Tool and Die Maker apprenticeship program
