Responsibilities

• Read and understand blueprints.
• Review and validate blanks, incoming materials and tools.
• Set up, troubleshoot, and operate thread rolling machines.
• Use machine controls, SPC and process monitoring systems.
• Use micrometers, calipers and thread gauges to check parts.
• Maintain quality records and documentation.
• Follow supervisor directions and team lead instructions.
• Keep work area and equipment clean and organized.
• Perform daily and weekly machine maintenance.
