The role focuses on ensuring smooth operation, meeting production goals, and maintaining quality standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The position offers a base pay of $22.70/hour with experience-based increases and an additional $2.00/hour for 2nd and 3rd shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Preferred: knowledge of CNC and PLC systems and programming.
• Preferred: knowledge of robots and casting, machining or assembly processes.
• Knowledge of machines, valves, and vacuum systems helpful.

Job description

The purpose of this position is to support production manufacturing through root cause analysis and implementation of machine repair countermeasures and recovery. This TA's focus will be in the ACM Machining area on 2nd Shift. The Machine TA plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of machinery to meet production goals and quality standards. This role aims to improve manufacturing proficiency levels to meet plant goals and objectives. You will collaborate with other teams to ensure the efficient and reliable functioning of machinery, improving overall productivity and operational excellence.The starting pay for this position is $22.70/hour, with higher rates depending on experience.There is an additional $2.00/hour for 2nd and 3rd Shifts.
