Job summary

Litehouse Foods seeks a full-time Team Leader in Production/Manufacturing in Lowell, MI. You will lead a crew to boost safety, quality, training, and production while upholding our commitment to community and excellence.

The role offers 3rd/ D/C shift incentives and a starting wage of $22.59 per hour, with shift differentials of $1.50 for 2nd shift and $3.00 for 3rd. A strong, hands-on leader is essential for growth and success.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Able to work independently and lead by example in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Coach team members on safety and personal responsibility.
• Resolve unsafe conditions promptly.
• Support employee growth through training needs and plans.
• Facilitate strong shift and department communication.
• Oversee production records (HACCP, sanitation checklists).
• Lead setups and changeovers; ensure runs within standards.
• Conduct root cause analyses and implement solutions.
• Maintain documentation and provide coaching on errors.
• Promote a positive training experience for new hires.
• Perform other duties to support the department.

What You'll Do:

What you bring

• High school diploma or GED strongly preferred
• 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Solid understanding of manufacturing equipment and work processes
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently and lead by example in a fast-paced setting
