2nd Shift Team Leader (Chassis Machining)

Position: 2nd Shift Team Leader

Shift Hours: 5:00 p.m. - 1:30 a.m. (could extend to 2:30 a.m. or 3:30 a.m.)

We typically work a 9-10 hour shift. Currently, we have Team Leader positions available on the 2nd shift in Chassis Machining. Candidates should possess strong leadership qualities and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Report any product, quality, or safety issues immediately to Supervisor.
  • Follow work instructions for each process.
  • Operate quality equipment knowledgeably.
  • Record daily production totals.
  • Maintain work area within the 3-Pillar standards.

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Meet production level requirements.
  • Communicate any abnormalities to Supervisor.
  • Maintain charts, graphs, and production reports on a personal computer.
  • Perform basic mathematical calculations.
  • Interpret written communication such as production sheets.
  • Perform all assignments while maintaining the 3-Pillar standards.
  • Perform occasional lifting and ergonomic movements (twisting, turning, reaching, bending).
