2nd Shift Team Leader (Chassis Machining)

Location: Crothersville, Indiana

Position: 2nd shift Team Leader

Shift Hours: 5:00 p.m. - 1:30 a.m. (may extend to 2:30 a.m. or 3:30 a.m.)

Typically working a 9-10 hour shift.

We currently have openings for Team Leaders in Chassis Machining on the 2nd shift. Candidates should possess strong leadership qualities and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Meet daily production levels.
• Report any product, quality, or safety issues immediately to Supervisor.
• Perform kaizen activities.
• Follow work instructions for process execution.
• Conduct line quality checks.
• Maintain knowledge of quality equipment.
• Record daily production totals.
• Keep work area within the 3-Pillar standards.

Skills and Abilities Required:

• Ability to meet production requirements.
• Effective communication of abnormalities to Supervisor.
• Maintain charts, graphs, and production reports on a computer.
• Perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Interpret written communication such as production sheets.
• Carry out all assignments adhering to the 3-Pillar standards.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to perform occasional lifting and ergonomic movements (twisting, turning, reaching, bending).
