Job summary

GLOVIS EV Logistics America LLC in Ellabell, GA is seeking a 2nd shift Team Lead to oversee vehicle processing and ensure quality before delivery. You will lead a maintenance of SOP/SWIS standards and coordinate with management to meet safety and production targets.

Responsibilities include training, safety initiatives, and raising performance while ensuring accurate IVELES system usage and timely completion of tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform job assignments according to SOP and SWIS instructions.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of workers, ensuring targets and safety standards.
• Participate and support safety initiatives, assist with training team members.
• Operate forklifts, tuggers, vehicle loading and QC checks.
• May be assigned various tasks based on work area for business needs.
• Resolve conflicts between team members and facilitate communication with management.
• Learn IVELES systems and scanning processes for each department.
• Ensure team members are trained and performing their assigned positions.
• Understand and carry out all SOPs, SWIS, and safety requirements per instructions.
• Perform other duties to support VPC operations.
