Comprehensive Logistics Inc. in Denton, Texas, is seeking a results-driven Team Lead for our warehouse environment. You will work with the Supervisor to optimize material flow, support production lines, and implement 5S and visual management to boost efficiency.

The role requires 2+ years in warehousing, 1+ year leading hourly staff, and experience with a warehouse management system. We value initiative, strong communication, teamwork, and a dedication to safe, reliable operations.

Responsibilities

• Identify processes that require improvement in material flow, line support, and 5S.
• Shift review with leadership to include visual management and inventory deviations.
• Coordinate training, work schedules and assignments and conduct shift transition meetings.
• Investigate and determine causes of defective work and advise corrective measures.
• Develop and implement process initiatives.
• Maintain proper documentation and records.
• Promote and maintain a safe work environment.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
• Responsible for continuous improvement.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with the Supervisor to identify processes that require improvementin material flow, line support, 5S.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years’ experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.Automotive experience a plus.
• 1+ years’ experienceleading/directing hourly personnel.
• Ability to train others onsectionprocessesand procedures.
• Ability to take initiative, identifying potential problems and solutions.
• Must have experience using a warehouse management system.
• Must be a self-starter.
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must have excellent customer service skills.
• Must have excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Must have a high level of motivation and attention to detail.
• Proactive problem-solving ability and strong strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to apply good judgement, strong work ethics and integrity on the job.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must have experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a flexing, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
• Forklift experience preferredor the ability to pass CLIs forklifttrainingcertification process.
