Job summary

Elite Comfort Solutions, a Leggett & Platt Company, is seeking a Team Assembler to perform repetitive assembly at assigned workstations using hand and power tools to assemble products and sub-assemblies. Move completed work to designated areas and stock to and from workstations.

This is a 2nd shift position: Monday–Friday, 6pm–2:30am with overtime. Requires a high school diploma or GED, good mechanical aptitude, and the ability to follow safety rules and written and verbal instructions.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Good mechanical aptitude.
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Committed to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Follow instructions and procedures to assemble parts and components in sequence and location.
• Visually inspect work to ensure quality.
• Maintain clean, orderly, and safe work area.
• Assist team members to ensure a smooth workflow and on-time production.
• Move completed assemblies to conveyors or designated areas, and stock workstations as needed.
• Operate at various stations on the assembly line as required.
