Job summary

Elite Comfort Solutions, a Leggett & Platt Company, is seeking a Team Assembler for the 2nd shift (6pm-2:30am, overtime). You will perform repetitive assembly at assigned workstations using hand and power tools, move completed assemblies to designated areas, and stock materials along the line.

Qualifications include a High School diploma or GED and good mechanical aptitude. You must follow safety procedures, maintain a clean work area, and contribute to a productive, quality-focused team

Responsibilities

• Follow instructions and procedures to assemble various parts and components in prescribed sequence and location.
• Visually check and inspect work to ensure proper quality.
• Responsible for both quality and quantity of work.
• Assist other team members in their duties to ensure a quality product and smooth flow.
• Ensure that work area and equipment are maintained in a clean, orderly, and safe condition.
