Job summary

Elite Comfort Solutions, a Leggett & Platt Company, seeks a Team Assembler for the 2nd shift (6pm-2:30am) in Conover, NC. You will perform repetitive assembly operations at designated workstations using hand and power tools to assemble products and sub-assemblies.

May work at any station on the line and must follow safety protocols. Responsibilities include ensuring quality and productivity, inspecting finished work, and assisting teammates to maintain smooth production flow.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Good mechanical aptitude.
• Able to follow verbal and written instructions.
