Job summary

Blum USA is seeking a detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our production team. You will operate and maintain automated assembly machines, inspect materials, and support continuous improvement efforts to ensure smooth production flow.

Responsibilities include starting up and shutting down machines, replenishing materials, training new employees, and performing quality checks on components. A stand-up forklift license is required or to be obtained during employment.

Qualifications

• Must be detail-oriented with good manual dexterity.
• Experience with automated assembly equipment preferred.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain automated assembly machines.
• Inspect materials and finished products for quality.
• Start up, run, and shut down machines as needed.
• Replenish materials and prepare for upcoming orders.
• Train new staff on processes, safety, and machine operation.
• Conduct quality checks and report scrap when necessary.
