Job summary

Blum USA is seeking a detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our production team. The role focuses on operating automated assembly machines, inspecting materials and finished products, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

You will collaborate with team leaders, mechanics, and quality personnel to ensure smooth production flow. Responsibilities include startup/shutdown of machines, replenishing materials, performing quality checks on components, and training new staff on safety

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience operating automated assembly machines is preferred.
• Ability to work 2nd shift (3pm–11pm) and overtime as needed.
• Willingness to train new employees on processes and safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain automated assembly machines to support production.
• Inspect materials and finished products for quality.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and lean practices.
• Train new employees on processes, safety and machine operations.
• Obtain and maintain a stand-up forklift license.
• Perform packaging, boxing, palletizing, and waste removal as required.
