Position: 2nd Shift Swing Warehouse Freezer Selector
Distribution Center Address: address
Pay: Starting at $20.29/hour (includes a $1.00 2nd shift premium). Plus, earn two pay raises in your first year and more per hour for speed and efficiency. Additionally, earn an $0.80/hour freezer premium when working in cold conditions.

We also offer profit sharing, 401(k) with company match, emergency child and elder care, and promote internal leadership growth, with 95% of leadership hired from within GFS.
Our warehouse staff plays a crucial role in delivering seamless order processing and delivery. You’ll be on your feet for 10 hours, lifting up to 100 pounds, and working in our freezer. No prior experience is required as we provide comprehensive training. Performance impacts pay, with selectors earning on average 122% of their base salary.

Must be able to work holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed. Ability to work in extreme cold or hot conditions is required. Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English for reading labels, pick lists, scanners, signage, and completing paperwork.
Successful candidates will pass a drug test and background check. Prior warehouse experience is preferred but not required. We encourage veterans and active military members to apply.
