Job summary

Hendrickson is seeking an Assembly Technician to perform structured component assembly in a non-temperature-controlled manufacturing facility. You will use pneumatic and hand tools, ensure parts align with end-product specifications, and organize all steps of the assembly process with attention to detail.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1–2 years of prior assembly experience preferred, ability to interpret production schedules, and willingness to work overtime.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; prior production assembly experience preferred (1–2 yrs).
• Must be able to interpret production schedules and build specifications.
• Overtime may be required to meet production demands.
• Must be able to utilize torque wrenches according to specifications.
• Pass drug and alcohol screen and remain drug free during employment.
• Follow all safety practices and policies.

Responsibilities

• Use required pneumatic/hand tools to assemble product per specifications.
• Organize all aspects of the assembly process.
• Perform inspection on product using total quality concepts.
• Report daily activities and production data as directed.
• Conduct quality checks using basic measurement equipment.
• Keep work areas clean and free of safety hazards.
• Operate machines with safe working habits.
• Interact with technical support personnel and downtime activities.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of safety culture.
• All other duties as assigned by Supervisor/Coordinator.
