Job summary

Vonachen Group is hiring a 2nd Shift Supervisor in Louisville, KY. The role leads daily operations, ensures top customer satisfaction, and maintains safety, supply levels, and policy adherence. You will liaise with clients and managers when leadership is unavailable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Some computer skills required.
• Some administrative tasks experience preferred.
• Management/supervisory experience required.
• CDL preferred or to be obtained within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all assigned duties per facility scope of work.
• Document and correct employee performance as appropriate.
• Train employees into specialized areas and document training.
• Follow safety guidelines and processes per OSHA and site requirements.
• Prepare permit forms and perform lock-out/tag-out of equipment.
• Track work and prepare timekeeping and shift reports.
• Conduct QA audits and implement corrective actions.
• Manage stock and orders for janitorial and supply rooms.
• Maintain a safe environment and report hazards immediately.
• Monitor security and site safety protocols.
• Conduct hiring interviews when needed.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate equipment repairs.
• Establish and maintain preventive maintenance for motorized equipment.
