Job summary

Allegion seeks a 2nd Shift Manufacturing Supervisor for Greenfield, IN. You will lead a 40-50 person team, oversee staffing decisions, and drive departmental performance while ensuring compliance with policies and quality standards.

The role requires strong leadership, critical thinking, and a track record of guiding teams. Hours are Monday–Friday 3:30pm–12:00am, with Saturdays as needed. Eligibility in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not provided.

2nd Shift Manufacturing Supervisor, Stanley Access Technologies - Greenfield, IN

The 2nd Shift Supervisor will provide leadership and guidance to a team for 40-50 team members. This candidate will have the authority on personnel decisions, hiring, performance, and/or disciplinary action. The ideal candidate will have the ability think critically, meet deadlines, and lead a dynamic team.

2nd Shift Hours: Monday-Friday, 3:30pm-12:00am; Saturdays, as needed

Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States. The company does not intend to provide sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B, TN, etc.) for this employment position.

What You Will Do:

What You Need to Succeed:

• High School Diploma
• 3+ years of Supervisory or Leadership experience required
• Proven track record of leading teams and people
• Analytical mindset
• Working knowledge of lean principles and methodologies

Additional Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Associates or Bachelor's Degree
• Experience in a manufacturing setting
