Allegion plc in Greenfield, IN is seeking a 2nd Shift Manufacturing Supervisor to lead a team of 40-50 colleagues. This role reports to the plant leadership and drives safety, quality, and productivity on the 3:30pm–12:00am shift.

You will assign tasks, monitor performance, and apply lean principles to improve processes while supporting a positive, inclusive work environment. Prior supervisory experience in manufacturing is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• At least 3+ years of Supervisory or Leadership experience.
• Proven track record of leading teams and people.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven approach.
• Working knowledge of lean principles and methodologies.
