Position: 2nd Shift Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise 2nd shift operations in production and warehouse areas.
• Set clear goals and ensure team members meet performance and safety standards.
• Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with team leads for development and growth.
• Manage staffing, vacation schedules, and training needs.
• Drive quality and process improvements, audit standard work, and investigate customer complaints.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
• Collaborate across departments to meet workload and service targets.
• Promote a positive, safe, and inclusive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 5+ years in a supervisory role in a warehouse or distribution setting.
• Education: Associate degree required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in SAP, Microsoft Excel, Word; experience with ERP/EMS systems (Bartender software a plus).
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams in a high-volume environment.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal and written skills.
• Lean Mindset: Willing to pursue Lean Green Belt certification.
