Job summary

EKG Security, Inc is seeking a 2nd Shift Supervisor in Atlanta. The position is full-time with a Mon-Fri schedule from 2pm to 10pm, paying $19 per hour. You will be first to greet the public and handle incoming requests, ensuring a friendly, efficient first impression.

The role emphasizes monitoring access, providing safe, welcoming environments, and upholding the company’s standards in all interactions. Training and advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalent is required or preferred.
Public Safety or Military experience is advantageous.
Knowledge of security protocols, and equipment is expected.

Responsibilities

Act as a visual deterrent to prevent theft and incidents.
Conduct regular patrols of the premises.
Monitor activities and provide safety escorts as needed.
Represent the EKG Security brand in interactions.
Complete Daily Activity Reports and Incident Reports.
Work with local law enforcement and emergency services as required.

Job Description

Position: 2nd Shift Supervisor

Position Type: Full-time

Location: Atlanta

Schedule: Monday-Friday 2pm-10pm

You will be the first to meet with the public, tenants, and their guests so the first impression of our company depends on your friendliness and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will be a smart and trustworthy individual able to provide customers with a warm greeting and handle all incoming requests.

You will be responsible for monitoring who comes in and out of the premises.

The goal is to contribute to an overall pleasant customer experience and safe environment.

Act as a visual deterrent to prevent theft, embezzlement, sabotage, fire, and accidents
Conduct regular patrols
Monitor activities
Surveillance
Access Control
Safety escorts
Using provided communication devices
Represent EKG Security brand
Properly wear the issued uniform
Complete Daily Activity Reports (DAR)
Complete Incident Reports
Work with local law enforcement, and emergency services
Provide friendly assistance to customers, employees and visitors following the department's procedures.
Other duties as described in the Post Orders

Required Skills/Abilities

Smart phone to access the apps we use for scheduling, clocking in/out, and reporting.
CPR Certified preferred
Reliable transportation
Honesty and Integrity
Able to work non-traditional hours including swings, graveyard, weekends, and holidays
Must be able to obtain a Georgia State Unarmed Security Guard License
Ability to react appropriately in high stress situations
