Pelton Shepherd Industries in Georgia is seeking a hands-on Shift Supervisor to lead a fast-paced production floor. You will supervise and develop the team, coach performance, and uphold safety, quality, and productivity.
You will monitor metrics, drive operational efficiency, meet schedules, and quickly resolve issues. The role requires flexibility to cover 2nd and 3rd shifts in a hybrid schedule and a readiness to roll up sleeves.
At Pelton Shepherd, every package we produce has a purpose. Our temperature-controlled solutions help protect products that people depend on every day, from pharmaceuticals to food shipments. It's meaningful work with a cool mission, literally.
We're looking for a hands-on Shift Supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, leads by example, and knows how to keep people motivated and production moving. If you're the kind of leader who jumps in to solve problems, celebrates team wins, and can keep things running smoothly when challenges arise, you'll fit right in.
For more than 70 years, Pelton Shepherd has been a trusted manufacturer serving food, medical, and pharmaceutical supply chains across the country. Our success is built on hardworking people who take pride in what they do and support one another along the way.
