Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in electronics, mechanics, or related field is a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in mechanical assembly or related field.
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical components and systems according to blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
• Use hand and power tools to fasten, align, and fit parts.
• Inspect and test components to ensure specifications and function.
• Follow safety guidelines and SOPs for a safe, efficient workspace.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve assembly issues.
• Maintain clean, organized workspace and care for tools and equipment.
• Keep accurate records of work performed and modifications.
• Participate in continuous improvement to streamline processes.
