Job summary

CJ Logistics America is hiring Forklift Operators to join our warehouse team. You will safely operate stand-up forklifts, load and unload goods, and ensure accurate picking and storage to support our daily shipments.

This 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 3pm–11:30pm) offers competitive pay, a $0.50 per hour shift differentials, a productivity bonus, and full benefits. We value reliability, teamwork, and a proactive approach to safety and efficiency.

• 6+ months of forklift or warehouse experience
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs safely
• Battery and Propane Safety Training/Certification preferred
• Team player with strong work ethic
• Reliable and punctual

Responsibilities

• Safely operate stand-up forklifts to move orders
• Load, unload, pick, put away and consolidate pallets
• Manual case picking when directed
• Prepare and ship products with accuracy
• Conduct outbound load audits, correct labels and count discrepancies
• Replenish products in the correct bays
• Perform other duties within your training and scope

• Pay Range: $20.28 per hour + $.50 cents per hour shift differential
• This position is eligible for a bi-weekly productivity bonus in addition to base pay.
• Schedule: 2nd Shift (Monday-Friday 3pm - 11:30pm)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Safely operate stand-up forklifts to keep orders moving and customers happy
• Master the art of loading, unloading, picking, putting away, and consolidating pallets
• Jump in with manual case picking when directed
• Get products prepped and shipped with accuracy and care
• Conduct outbound load audits, correct labels and count discrepancies
• Keep the warehouse moving by replenishing products in the right bays
• Tackle other duties like a pro — all within your training and expertise
