Job summary

CJ Logistics is hiring a Forklift Operator for the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri 3:30 PM–12:00 AM) in the United States. You will safely operate forklifts to load, unload, pick and store items, contributing to on-time orders and accurate shipping.

Eligible for a bi-weekly productivity bonus in addition to base pay; benefits include health insurance, 401(k), and more. Join a growing team focused on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of recent forklift or warehouse experience.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs safely.
• Battery and Propane Safety Training/Certification preferred.
• Team player who works toward common goals.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Reliable—dependable and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate stand-up or sit-down forklifts to move pallets.
• Load, unload, pick, and put away pallets.
• Manual case picking when directed.
• Prepare and ship products accurately.
• Conduct outbound load audits and correct labels.
• Replenish products in the correct bays.
• Other duties within training and scope.

As aForklift Operator,you’re the backbone of our warehouse operations. Safely maneuver forklifts to make sure products are perfectly loaded, unloaded, picked, and stored. • Pay Range: $20.28 per hour + .50 cents per hour shift differential
• This position is eligible for a bi-weekly productivity bonus in addition to base pay.
• Schedule: 2nd shift Monday-Friday 3:30PM-12:00AM

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Safely operatestand-up or sit-down forkliftsto keep orders moving and customers happy
• Master the art ofloading, unloading, picking, putting away, and consolidating pallets
• Jump in withmanual case pickingwhen directed
• Get productsprepped and shippedwith accuracy and care
• Conduct outboundload audits, correct labels and count discrepancies
• Keep the warehouse moving byreplenishing productsin the right bays
• Tackle other duties like a pro — all within your training and expertise
