ViaPhoton in Naperville, IL is hiring a Stand-Up Forklift Driver to pick, move and organize products in a fast-paced warehouse. Expected shift is Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with a $19/hr compensation. Join a safety‑minded team focused on accuracy and teamwork.

We value dependability and ability to read pick lists, operate a stand‑up forklift, and work with a scanner and WMS.

Qualifications

• Stand-up forklift experience required or preferred.
• Warehouse experience in picking or inventory handling.
• Ability to read pick lists and follow scanner instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate a stand-up forklift safely to pick and retrieve products.
• Pull orders according to pick lists, scanner instructions, or WMS.
• Transport products and pallets to staging and shipping areas.
• Locate inventory and verify product numbers, quantities, and locations.
• Load, unload, move and organize materials as needed.
• Report discrepancies or damaged products to a supervisor.
• Perform daily equipment safety checks.
• Keep work areas clean and safe, following procedures.
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as needed.

In this role, you'll operate a stand-up forklift to pick, move, and organize products throughout the warehouse while helping ensure orders are completed accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities

• Operate a stand-up forklift safely to pick and retrieve products from warehouse racks.
• Pull orders accurately according to pick lists, scanner instructions, or warehouse management systems.
• Transport products and pallets throughout the warehouse to designated staging and shipping areas.
• Locate inventory and verify product numbers, quantities, and locations.
• Load, unload, move, and organize materials as needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory handling and report discrepancies or damaged products to a supervisor.
• Perform daily equipment safety checks and report any mechanical issues.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of obstructions.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as needed.

What You'll Bring

• Previous experience operating a stand-up forklift is preferred or required, depending on the assignment.
• Previous warehouse experience, especially in order picking or inventory handling.
• Ability to read pick lists, follow scanner instructions, and maintain accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift, including lifting up to 50 lbs if required by the position.
• Dependability, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
