CTDI in Haslet, TX is hiring for a 2nd shift Department Supervisor to oversee a team in the repair operation, ensuring productivity and quality. The role runs 3:00PM - 11:45PM, Monday through Friday, and offers a culture that values teamwork and continuous improvement.

The supervisor will oversee testing, repairing, and refurbishing, train staff, manage performance, and coordinate parts orders while emphasizing safety, turnaround time, and customer-facing professionalism.

• 7+ years supervisory/management experience in a high-volume production environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and motivational skills.
