Job summary

Oregon Tool, Inc. is seeking a Shipping Utility for 2nd shift in Kansas City, MO. You will execute shipping and order fulfillment, verify shipments, and support warehouse operations to ensure accurate, on-time delivery. The role emphasizes attention to safety, quality and teamwork in a fast-paced distribution center.

The position offers an hourly rate of $17.50 per hour with a $1 per hour shift differential for 2nd shift, plus benefits and a path for growth within a global, people-first company.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with at least six months of warehouse experience.
• Experience operating warehouse equipment including stand-up narrow aisle reach trucks and order selectors; ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems and shipping technologies; SAP experience preferred; familiarity with FedEx and UPS.

Responsibilities

• Execute shipping and order fulfillment by picking, auditing, packing and labeling orders.
• Process and verify shipments using SAP, ShipERP, FedEx, and UPS systems.
• Support warehouse operations by meeting daily goals and assisting with inventory activities.
• Promote a safe, organized workplace following procedures and using equipment properly.
