Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse/shipping experience.
- Basic computer proficiency (ERP systems, shipping software, email).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lead, train, and supervise a small team.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily shipping activities including order staging and packing.
- Verify accuracy of outgoing shipments against orders and packing slips.
- Maintain a clean, organized shipping area for efficiency and safety.
- Coordinate with drivers and carriers for on-time dispatch.
- Lead, train, and monitor shipping team performance.
- Communicate order issues to sales and warehouse teams.
